Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of February 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that John Senior Developments Limited be liquidated and that Peter Jansen Oborn, of Oborn & Johnson Limited, chartered accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2005.
