Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Dennis Clifford Parsons and Katherine Louise Kenealy, insolvency practitioners of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Coast Site Welding & Rigging Limited on the 28th day of February 2005 at 10.55 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any creditor claiming a security interest in respect of any assets owned by the company should contact the liquidators as soon as possible.
