Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant of Wellington, and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Axis Play and Learn Limited
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 28th day of February 2005 at 10.38 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Axis Play and Learn Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 1st day of April 2005, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
