Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of Greypears 21 Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 2004.
A declaration of solvency has been signed by the company's directors.
It has paid all its liabilities in the course of its business.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
31st day of January 2005, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
