Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Myross Holdings Limited and Myross Properties Limited (both in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that, by a duly signed entry in the minute books of the above-named companies on the 24th day of February 2005 at 4.00 p.m., the following special resolutions were passed by each of the companies, namely:
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily; and
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company.
