Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 19th day of February 2005, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Abel Tasman Tours Limited be liquidated and that Matthew David Taylor, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of February 2005 at 4.50 p.m.
