Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Lawrence Stephen Mayne and David George Wetherell, solicitors of Auckland, have been appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Deutsche Note Issuance No. 1 Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 6th day of January 2005 at 3.05 p.m., pursuant to a resolution of the board of directors in accordance with section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators have fixed the 1st day of February 2005, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
