Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of December 2004 at 10.06 a.m., John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of Impress Copy & Print Solutions Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix the 4th day of February 2005, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
