Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by shareholders’ special resolution dated on the 18th day of February 2005 at 10.00 a.m. to liquidate the company, the shareholders have appointed Alan Jay Riechelmann, as the liquidator for that purpose.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 31st day of March 2005, as the last day in which the creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
