Correction-Notice of Intention to Restore Company to the Register
The notice published by the New Zealand Gazette, 16 December 2004, page 4146, stated incorrectly in the sub heading:
Section 328 of the Companies Act 1993
when it should have stated:
Section 330 of the Companies Act 1955
This correction is not intended to affect the status of the remainder of the notice.
