Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that an amalgamation of Ethical Inspection and Testing Limited (amalgamated company) and Ethical Industrial Services Limited (amalgamating company) has been proposed to be effective from the 1st day of January 2005.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of either Ethical Inspection and Testing Limited or Ethical Industrial Services Limited or to any person to whom either company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the respective companies, namely Level Three, 32 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, during normal business hours.
Further, a shareholder or creditor of either of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom
either amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal upon request to the relevant amalgamating company.
