Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Pfizer New Zealand Limited, Warner Lambert NZ Limited and Warner Lambert Consumer Healthcare Pty Limited ("the amalgamating companies") of an amalgamation proposal affecting each of the amalgamating companies.
The amalgamating companies will amalgamate to form Pfizer New Zealand Limited.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies situated at:
Pfizer House, Level Three, 14 Normandy Road,
Mt Eden, Auckland;
and at the following place, namely:
Russell McVeagh, Level Thirty, Vero Centre,
48 Shortland Street, Auckland.
A shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to any of the amalgamating companies.
