Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 220 of the Companies Act 1993
Contact Real Estate Limited (amalgamated company),
David Hopkins Limited (amalgamating company) and Christchurch Real Estate Limited (amalgamating company) hereby give public notice that they propose
to amalgamate.
Any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation to is entitled to:
(a) inspect a copy of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours (Level Two, 190 Armagh Street, Christchurch); and
(b) be supplied, free of charge, with a copy of
the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
