The name of the following company was returned to the Register on the 30th day of August 2004:

It had been removed incorrectly on the 28th day of July 2004, under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
The Registrar considers that it is proper that the Register be corrected and gives this notice accordingly.
