The name of the following company was returned to the Register on the 12th day of August 2004:
M.S.S. Security Limited. 853900.
It was removed under section 318 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 when the company was and is still carrying on business.
The removal was null and void (refer Re Crott's Application (1991) 5 NZCLC 67,325) and it is proper that the Register be corrected.
