Public Notice of Intended Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the following companies, Standish
& Preece (1987) Limited (amalgamated company) and Standish & Preece Photolabs Limited, intend to amalgamate on the 1st day of September 2004, as per the amalgamation proposal dated the 26th day of July 2004.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any member or creditor of the amalgamating companies or by any person to whom the amalgamating companies are under an obligation, at the registered office of the companies, 262 Tuam Street, Christchurch, or at the offices of Goldsmith Fox PKF, 236 Armagh Street, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
