Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to amalgamate Canterbury Screen Hire Limited (amalgamating company) with Canterbury Crushing Limited (amalgamated company), pursuant to section 220 of the Companies
Act 1993, with effect from the 31st day of August 2004.
A copy of the amalgamation proposal is available for inspection upon request by any shareholder or creditor of Canterbury Screen Hire Limited, or by any person
to whom Canterbury Screen Hire Limited is under any obligation, at the offices of Lane Neave, Lawyers, 119 Armagh Street, Christchurch, during normal business hours.
A shareholder or creditor of Canterbury Screen Hire Limited, or any person to whom Canterbury Screen
Hire Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Canterbury Screen Hire Limited.
