Take notice that on the 18th day of December 2003, an application for an order, under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of G J Services Limited was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The order sought is an order putting G J Services Limited into liquidation.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 2nd day of February 2004
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
