I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of the companies named below by correcting errors in registered documents, deleting duplicate registrations or registering replacement documents, as the case may be:
Ajustafoot Limited (1208996) - an issue of 9,000 shares was notified twice - 4 July 2003.
Cabra Farms Limited (1258112) - an issue of 1,996,000 shares was notified twice - 18 March 2004.
Datasure Management Systems Limited (306399) - an issue of 25,000 shares that did not take place was notified
twice - 18 June 2001.
GR Packers Limited (1169268) - an issue of 185,000 redeemable shares was notified twice - 26 June 2003.
ING Property (Urbus) Management Limited - 1528405 - Symphony Investments UML Limited (902687) should have been recorded as holding 50 shares instead of Wairaki International Golf Course Limited (846799) on incorporation
on 24 June 2004.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by the 20th day of August 2004, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
