Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 328 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, for the restoration of Future Access Limited (struck off), whose registered office was and shall be situated at 100 Bush Road, Albany, Auckland, to the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the company needs to be restored to the Register in order to secure payment of a debt.
Unless written objection to such restoration, pursuant to section 328 (4) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 12th day of August 2004 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date
of this notice), the Registrar may restore the company to
the Register.
