Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Pursuant to Sections 219-221 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that with effect from the 16th day
of July 2004, the above-named companies will be amalgamated and operate as one company under the
name Future Products Group Limited.
Any creditor of those companies can obtain a copy of
the proposal upon request to the registered office at
Marewa House, 106A Kennedy Road, Napier.
