Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Mauritius
The company hereby gives notice that after the 25th day of March 2004, it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Mauritius.
