Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given of the proposed amalgamation of Electrolux Limited and Electrolux Home Products (NZ) Limited, and continuing as Electrolux (NZ) Limited.
Any member or creditor of any of the above-named companies, or any person to whom any of the
above-named companies is obligated, may inspect copies of the amalgamation proposal at the registered offices of the companies as follows:
Electrolux Limited, 58 Kemp Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
Electrolux Home Products (NZ) Limited, 3 Niall Burgess Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland.
Any member or creditor of Electrolux Limited or Electrolux Home Products (NZ) Limited shall be entitled to receive a copy of the amalgamation proposal free of charge upon request from either of the above-named companies.
