Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that there shall be a meeting of the above-named trust to discuss and, if thought appropriate, confirm the following special resolution:
"That the trustees unanimously resolve that the trust be placed into liquidation and, if thought appropriate, a liquidator be appointed for that purpose."
The meeting will be held at Steve Bennett Associates,
3 Hunt Street, Whangarei, on the 13th day of December 2004 commencing at 4.00 p.m.
All members with voting rights are urged to attend.
