Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
We, Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby fix the 8th day of October 2004, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993.
