Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Waverley Developments Limited (in liquidation) will be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Friday, the 6th day of August 2004, commencing at 10.30 a.m.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of P. G. Sargison and
G. S. Rea as liquidators.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
