Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Miller Design Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the Logan Campbell Room, The Northern Club, 19 Princes Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the 21st day of July 2004, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of P. G. Sargison and
G. S. Rea as liquidators.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
