Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that a first meeting of creditors
of Kildonnan Investments Limited (in liquidation) is to be held on Thursday, the 8th day of July 2004 at 10.30 a.m., at the premises of the liquidator, Level Fourteen, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Forms of general and special proxies are available from the office of the liquidator.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the office of the liquidator no later than the 7th day of July 2004 at 9.00 a.m.
