Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of Castle Line Developers Limited (in liquidation) will be held in the Beattie Room, Level Five, Beattie Rickman Centre, corner of Bryce and Anglesea Streets, Hamilton, on the 21st day of January 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. Confirm liquidators' appointment or consider another liquidator.
2. Confirm whether to pass resolutions setting out the views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
3. Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, appoint members of that committee.
The following resolutions will be submitted to the meeting:
Resolution A:
That the appointment of David Murray Blanchett and Peter Ross McLean as liquidators of the company be and is hereby confirmed.
Resolution B:
That a liquidation committee be and is hereby appointed to act with the liquidator.
Any other resolution relating to the business of the meeting as may properly be put to the meeting.
