Notice to Creditors to Claim
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Stressfree Project Management Limited, Stressfree Project Management No. 2 Limited, Superform Building Systems (Central) Limited and Architectural Coatings (Central) Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Hart, joint and several liquidators of the
above-named companies which are being liquidated, hereby fix the 15th day of July 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims (unless already done so) and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
