Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The reason why the liquidator so decided is that the only known creditor is the company's sole shareholder.
No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
