Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993,
a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company
will be held at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Level Eighteen, PricewaterhouseCoopers Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland, on the 29th day of April 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
Agenda
1. Vote on the following resolution:
That the creditors of M3 Limited (in liquidation) confirm the appointment of John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay as liquidators of the company and that another liquidator not be appointed in place of the liquidators so appointed.
2. Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.
