Take notice that a meeting of creditors of the above named companies will be held at the offices of McCallum Petterson, Level Eleven, Forsyth Barr Tower, 55-65 Shortland Street, Auckland, on the 4th day of May 2004
at 11.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Agenda
1. Register of attendance.
2. Consideration of liquidator's report.
3. Any other business the creditors wish to raise.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with David Levin at McCallum Petterson, by the 29th day of April 2004 not later than 12.00 midday.
The liquidators have fixed the 29th day of April 2004, as the last day when creditors are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors whose claims have not been made at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
