Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 245 of the Companies Act 1993
To: All known creditors.
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called as specified in section 243 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993.
2. The reasons why the liquidator so decided are:
"The company is solvent and all creditors should be paid in full."
3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
