Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A meeting of creditors of The Electrical Home Service Co Limited (in liquidation) will be held on the 15th day of January 2004 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Shephard Dunphy Limited, Level Two, 23 Custom Street, Citibank Centre, Auckland.
The meeting will consider various matters including confirming the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243 (1) (a).
For voting purposes, creditors' claims and proxies must
be lodged with the liquidators by the 13th day of January 2004.
