Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of Exotic Game Meats Limited will be held at the Conference Room, Kingsgate Hotel, 9 Riverside Drive, Whangarei, on Monday, the 1st day of March 2004 at 10.00 a.m.
Business
1. Appointment of Liquidator
To consider whether another liquidator be appointed in place of the present liquidator who was appointed by the shareholders of the company and, if thought fit, to pass
the following resolution:
"That no liquidator be appointed to replace the present liquidator."
2. Conduct of the Liquidation
To consider whether there is a requirement to form a creditors' committee and, if thought fit, pass the following resolution:
"That no creditors' committee be appointed."
