Notice is hereby given that the applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claim the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the easement at the expiry of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, provided no objections have been received before that date.

Applicants: Trevor Richard Stodart, Fay Lorraine Stodart and UMK Trustee Company Limited.
Easement: Right of access on existing Maori tracks until properly defined roads are laid off.
Circumstances: Properly defined roads have rendered the Maori tracks redundant.
