Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by the proprietors of Rotoma No. 1 Block to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B551688.1 of the land in Computer Register SA1474/14 of which the lessor is the proprietors of Rotoma No. 1 and the lessees are Shane Warren Rice and Sharon Lee Rice.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6156299.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on the 28th day of January 2005.
