Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a redundant easement. It is contended by the applicant that the easement became redundant by reasons of the circumstances set out
below. I intend to remove the easement at the expiry of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, provided that there is no objection lodged by anyone before that date:
Application No.: 6230175.1.
Applicant: Taipa Bay Developments Limited.
Easement: (1) A water supply easement over the parts of Lots 20, 22 and 29 (Computer Freehold Register 141929 to 141956); marked "A" on DP 172800, appurtenant to Lot 1, Plan 172800 (Supplementary Record Sheet NA111A/130 and NA106A/220), created by easement instrument D087084.1; and
(2) A water supply easement over parts of Lots 15, 16 and 29 (Computer Freehold Register 141929 to 141956); marked "B" on DP 172800, appurtenant to Lot 1, Plan 172800 (Supplementary Record Sheet NA111A/130 and NA106A/220), created by easement instrument B647557.7.
Circumstances: The easement became redundant because of the new subdivision made under DP 334672. Various titles were issued and the existing easement was no longer needed.
Dated at the Auckland Office of Land Information New Zealand this 30th day of November 2004.
JOEL T. M. FOTU, for Registrar-General of Land.
