Notice is hereby given that a Computer Freehold Register will be issued in the name of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described, pursuant to section 20 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same before the 21st day of January 2005.

Land: Parts of the Old River Bed of Aongatete River; shown as "old stream bed" and being parts of Lots 1 and 3 respectively on plan LT 335784 (total area claimed being 3150 square metres, more or less).
The applicants are the owners of Lot 1, DP S30691 (Computer Freehold Register SA27C/296) and claim entitlement to parts of the "old stream bed" of Aongatete River up to the centre line.
The applicants have applied to me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register.
