The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of easements. The applicant claims the easements are redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easements on the 10th day of December 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right to convey electricity over part marked "part CM" and "part CN" on DP 318347 and right to convey water over part marked "part CM" on DP 318347 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 103821, created by easement instrument 5510263.10, registered on the 3rd day of April 2003.
Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenement as a result of subdivision shown on DP 321210 and DP 325710.
