I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below. Land: An estate in fee simple in 7 square metres, more or less, being part Section 60 of the Town of Wellington, which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 16, folio 199 and being part of the land now shown as Lot 1, Land Transfer Plan 343298.
Circumstances: The land was originally granted to Mary Newcombe Boddington by grant dated the 18th day of August 1852 (Grant 189).
