The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 22nd day of November 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: Tauranga City Council, care of Sharp Tudhope, Private Bag TG 12-020, Tauranga.
Easement: Right of way specified in easement certificate H683201.4 and rights to convey electricity and telecommunications specified in easement certificate B181029.3 respectively.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on deposited plan 326360.
