Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121 (1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Annabelle Pamela
McGough, to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease B299161.21 of the land in Computer Register SA57C/961, of which the lessor is Annabelle Pamela McGough and the lessees are Riviera Spa Apartments Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register application 6115643.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register after the 15th day of November 2004.
