The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 25th day of September 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way specified in easement certificate H683201.4 and rights to convey electricity and telecommunications specified in easement certificate B181029.3 respectively.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on deposited plan 326360.
