Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement after the expiry of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and provided there is no objection lodged by anyone before that date:
Application No.: 6107551.2.
Applicant: Christine Elizabeth Thoroughgood.
Description of Easement: A right of way easement over part Lot 7 (Computer Register NA94A/500); marked "H" on DP 156602, appurtenant to Lot 1 (Computer Register 60351), Lot 2 (Computer Register 60352) and Lot 4 (Computer Register 60354) on DP 156602, created by easement instrument C. 510311.9.
Circumstances: The vesting of a legal road on the deposit of plan 315306 has necessitated a realignment of the existing right of way easements. As a consequence, the easements as described became redundant.
Dated at the Auckland Office of Land Information New Zealand this 30th day of August 2004.
JOEL T. M. FOTU.
