The applicants described below have applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an easement. The applicants claimed that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement from the Computer Register at the expiry of one month from the date the notice has been published in the New Zealand Gazette and provided that there is no objection lodged before that date:

Applicants: Brian Joseph Taylor and Lynn Gale Taylor.
Description of the Easement: A right of way easement in gross created by Deed 153081 (R73/252) over the within land (Computer Register NA7A/1202).
Circumstances: The right of way easement was granted in favour of one Murdoch Sinclair, who is alleged by the applicant to have died on the 28th day of November 1901.
