Notice is hereby given that the applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the existing Maori track rights of access from Computer Register NA23B/614 on the basis that the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out hereunder, and I intend to remove the easement at the expiry of one month from the date of the publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Circumstances: The Kaipara District Council has confirmed that properly defined legal roads have been laid off and thus rendered the said right of access redundant.
