The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of the
an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove the easement on the 2nd day of September 2004, if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: Right of way and rights to drain water and sewage marked "B", "E" and "F" on DP 43347, specified in easement certificates 95231.4 and 288460.1 have become redundant insofar as it is over Lot 1, DP 43347 (Computer Register CB21F/1096), appurtenant to Lot 1, DP 75077 (Computer Register CB43B/429)
Drain water marked "C", "D" and "F" and drain sewage marked "F" and "G" on DP 38213, specified in easement certificate 95231.4 have become redundant insofar as it is over Lots 4-5, DP 38213 (Computer Register CB17A/51, CB17A/145-146), appurtenant to Lot 1, DP 75077 (Computer Register CB43B/429).
