Description: An estate in fee simple in 581 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the Marlborough Land Registry under 335402, being part Section 7, Block 2, Wairau Registration District, which is part of
the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 5, folio 221, such land being part of the land granted to John Poynter by Crown Grant on the 16th day of November 1854 and last conveyed to Henry Dunstan Vavascour, under conveyance 14865 (DI 14/14) on the 5th day of February 1898, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
